CrossFit Huntington is high-intensity, personal fitness training in a group setting. We provide individualized training where our coaches spend the time to work with you breaking down core movements, concentrating on safety and talking with you about a path to meet your goals.
As a group, we help each other lose fat and gain muscle. We are a team that sweats, hurts, cries, succeeds, wins, celebrates and grows stronger together. We make no apologies for our family atmosphere and the supportive fitness community we offer our athletes and make no mistake about it, each and every one of us is an athlete.
CrossFit methodologies involve a core strength & conditioning program that delivers fitness that is by design; broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life - pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.
