5:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Monday, Wednesday and Friday only) & 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
9:00 am (Barbell instruction only), 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
M-F at 5:30, 6:30 & 8:00 a.m. then 4:00, 5:00, 6:00 & 7:00 p.m.
Sat. at 9:00am(Barbell Instruction), 9:30am, 10:30am, 11:30am
Sun. at 2:30pm (Barbell Class) and 4:00 p.m. (Team WOD)
Metcon Mayhem cardio intense WODs:
Mon., Wed., & Fri. at 12:00 p.m.
Wed. at 7:00 p.m. and Sat. at 11:30 a.m.
Mon. & Thur. at 5:00 p.m. (will begin in April 2018)
Foundations (beginner's class):
Mon. & Thur at 7:00 p.m. for two weeks
Saturday at 9:00 a.m. for two weeks
This course is required of new CrossFit athletes. New classes start every two weeks.
All other times are available for open work.
As long as space is available and they do not interfere with the class, athletes are welcomed and encouraged to also use WOD times for open work.
Except for rare circumstances whereas it may be deemed as unsafe, athletes, with the guidance of a coach, will make their own determination as to how many, how often and at what times they participate in WODs.
Athletes have the options of scheduling their time for any session by clicking the WODTogether "Sign-up" button below. This is encouraged but not required.
