What Is CrossFit?

CrossFit is high intensity, widely varied, personal fitness training in a group setting.  It is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and thousands of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Our program delivers a fitness that by design is broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing.  Life in general rewards this kind of fitness which is why you will hear us say we are training you for life and preparing you for any obstacle that might come your way.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of age, condition or experience. We have used our same routines for athletes ranging from elderly individuals to experienced professionals. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.  The unique athlete's need differ by degree not kind.
